As a locally-owned, family-operated, greenhouse serving the Brandon/Garretson, SD area, we proudly sell beautiful annual and perennial flowers, and vegetable plants. We also provide the know-how to have a garden you can be proud of.

Note: We currently do not offer fresh-cut flowers or floral arrangements.

Seeds & Bulbs

In addition to our flowers, we stock vegetable seeds, seed potatoes, and even a selection of bulbs — including gladiolus, dahlia, and lily bulbs. (Selection may vary by season.)

We have the tools, fertilizer, and soil you need to help your garden grow and thrive. From growing big, beautiful, flowers to fruitful vegetables all season long, we have everything you need.

Planter & Garden Design

We’ll help you pick the right flowers to make your planters or garden look beautiful. Bring us your pots and we can help you pot them like a professional.

About Us

Owned by Kevin & Michelle Buehner, Prairie Petals Greenhouse is a locally owned, family operated, greenhouse in the Brandon/Garretson area. Michelle and her family have been growing a variety of annual flowers, vegetables, and perennial plants for the past 16 years. The greenhouse and gift shop are located on the Buehner's acreage one mile north of Brandon and one-quarter mile west on 259th street. As proprietor, Michelle uses her vast knowledge, experience, and love of plants to help customers create a garden you can be proud of.
